Materials & Care

Reborn Wool Recycled from Kremke Soul Wool is a soft blend from post-consumer recycled wool/acrylic garments made of >60% wool, combined with polyester recycled from PET bottles. 

Garments are first started according to fibers in the factory. Any garment that is >60% moves along the wool sorting line, irrespective of the fiber blend (most wool garments available in the mass market are wool blends). In the 2nd stage of sorting, garments are sorted according to color.  Garments are then shredded into fibers and combined with 10-15% of recycled polyester from recycled PET bottles for added strength and yarn evenness in spinning.

  • Gauge: 18sts = 4" (10cm)
  • Care: Machine wash cold, dry flat
