Amble by The Fibre Co. is a fingering-weight yarn designed for comfort, strength, and sustainability. This velvety soft blend of eco-friendly washable Merino wool, alpaca, and recycled nylon is perfect for everything from cozy socks to easy-care garments and accessories.

Originally created for sock knitting, Amble goes beyond basics. The wool and alpaca are treated with a non-chlorine, anti-shrink Easy-wash process that makes the yarn machine washable without sacrificing softness or stitch definition. Recycled nylon adds durability for long-lasting wear, whether you’re crafting socks, lightweight sweaters, or everyday accessories.

Inspired by slow strolls through the English Lake District, Amble brings sustainability and performance together in a yarn that’s ready for both mindful making and everyday use.

Care Tip: Machine wash gentle with cool water and mild detergent. Lay flat to dry for best results.
