The charted patterns in the Scrittori Stocking were inspired from early illuminated manuscripts created in medieval monasteries. During the Middle Ages, most people could not read. The kit includes 2 50g hanks of Woolstok 1350 Red Rock (Main Color), 2 50g hanks of Woolstok 1303 Highland Fleece (Contrast Color 1), and 1 Woolstok Bundle Holiday Cheer with three 12-yard mini hanks each of 7 colors (1300 Cast Iron, 1302 Gravel Road, 1303 Highland Fleece, 1306 Wild Thyme, 1309 Earth Ivy, 1310 Cranberry Compote, 1315 Red Rock) for a total of 21 mini hanks per bundle(Contrast Colors 2-6).
